Edge-to-Edge

Edge-to-Edge (E2E) quilting designs are intended to extend beyond the edges of the quilt top. The pattern repeats seamlessly from one row to the next, creating bold, continuous movement across the entire quilt. Because the design extends past the quilt edges, portions of the pattern are trimmed away or enclosed in the binding, making E2E designs ideal for quilts without a separate border.
